However, there are steps that gamers can take to help improve their health. For example, regular breaks during gameplay can help reduce the risk of repetitive strain injuries. Taking a few minutes to walk around or stretch between games can also help improve circulation and prevent cramping.

In addition, choosing healthy snacks and staying hydrated will help keep energy levels up and avoid weight gain. By making some simple changes, gamers can help improve their health and still enjoy their favourite pastime.
